The glass jar is large and good quality, but the motor is weak. The jar isn\’t right for the body. It feels like it\’s not in there. When you blend a thicker consistency it doesn\’t suck things down it just gets stuck and you can smell that the motor can\’t handle it. It won\’t work unless you blend a thin smoothie or salsa. I think it\’s worth it because I like it for the shakes and salsas.

If you need to blend a small portion salsa, you can use the small one. It is easy to remove the blades. The lid of the blender is hard plastic so it doesn’t leak when you blend.
