I’m very happy with my new skillet. I’ve used it twice since it arrived. My cutlets were cooked perfectly. It’s simple and there is some assembly required. It’s large, especially with the lid on. I have to figure out where to keep it.

I like this. Can be used like a flat top grill. I’ve done both of them. I wanted something similar to a flat top and little frying capabilities when cooking in a restaurant. I’ve cooked wings in oil. It was perfect. I might add my sauce to it. My favorite breakfast is bacon, eggs, omelets, pancakes. Like the real thing. Awesome addition!

I like the large size of this skillet. There is more food to be cooked on the tall sides. I like the ceramic coating. I use it a couple of times per week. The performance has not been affected by the discoloring of the skillet where the element is.
