This product was purchased for the wife, she loves it, now she doesn’t have to go out and borrow her friends canner, which was a hassle when both were canning at the same time, looking forward to many years of use from this fine product.

I got a bundle that included the canner and 12 jars and it cost me $74 with tax. The 16 quart canner in the store was $66, so this is a much better deal. I’ve used it many times and have no complaints. It preforms as expected and has a lot of room. If you have a middle burner, I suggest using the large canner. The wood edging on my counter tops was charred by the back corner burner. If your stove is very close to your counter, the pot will not fit on a corner burner and it will get extremely hot. Happy canning!

I was very nervous because I’ve heard many horror stories about using pressure canners. I had no problems with the enclosed directions. I’m sure the product will last for a long time.

I like this canner a lot. I used it the day after I received it to make a corn chowder. As long as you follow the directions, it was very easy to use. If you don’t follow the directions on how to use the canner, you won’t be able to make anything. A lot of food is processed for money. It’s good looking and handy as an extra pot. I was happy with how easy it was to process the canned soup. My only issue with the canner is that it can be hard to use on an electric stovetop as temperatures do not regulate quite as quickly as with gas. That is not a problem with the canner, just a recommendation that it will be easier to use with gas. I love it.

The price and capacity are great. You may want to pick up another one for easy stacking because it comes with one rack. Rocker control that rocks/hisses when it hits 15 PSI is used. During use, the pressure gauge tends to steam up.

I bought a 16 quart container. 50 years ago, parts were hard to find. I just bought a 23 quart container. It looks great. Just received it. I think the pressure gauge will work well. I plan on using this new one for 50 years. It will last a lifetime. That’s right.

I borrowed a product from a friend and have used an older version. More capicity, multi uses cold pack as well as pressure canning were some of the updates that this latest one had. There is a booklet with a complete how to. If you go to a farmers market, buy in bulk and can yourself, you know the food is safe and clean, and I would recommend this canner to anyone. Anyone who likes good food and wants to save money at the grocery store should use this product.

The canner is great. It works and performs well. The job is done.

I had one before but I let a friend borrow it and he left it on the burner for a long time and the bottom bulged out. He said that it is still usable but doesn’t look the same, so here is my second one.
