The Electric Pressure Cooker Plus features 19 programmed settings including 12 pressure cooking presets. The proper pressure is maintained automatically. When the timer signals that cooking is complete, the cooker switches to keep warm to let the pressure release on its own, or you can activate the valve lever for quick pressure release.
