This works well and keeps temp. I love it and use it in my RV. I know that the meat is staying at a good temp and not cooling off because it doesn’t do the on off that the rivel did. This is easy to clean up.

I use a griddle about five times a week. I wanted a bigger griddle that would allow me to cook tortillas and pancakes at the same time. The size of the griddle made it big enough to cook eight pancakes at the same time. I couldn’t get it hot enough to cook my pancakes before I dried them out. It needs to get hotter. The temperatures on the dial are incorrect. For now, I am back to my single- burner stove-top griddle.

It is a little smaller than the picture shows. It has everyting that a bigger griddle would have things like temperature adjustment, easy to clean, and so on. The product does everything in the description. I’m pretty sure I’ll buy another one for a gift.
