Make jerky from your choice of meat, poultry, or seafood. Power light shows when theehydrator is plugged in. Drying trays and cover are fully immersible and dishwasher safe. This product is great. The trays make it smaller. My children love beef jerky and dried marshmallows that I made in a few days after having it. I don’t heat up my kitchen because it is relatively quiet.

We got it after making it. My old one lasted 28 years. Plug in and let go without having to do settings or temps. The kids were enjoying my food again after 5 hours.

It does the job, but there is no on/off button. The temperature is one. It’s the basic of models. I don’t like the missing on/off button. I would have chosen a different product if I’d done more research. I’m not sure if returns will be accepted now. If they are, I would return it and pick a different one.

I wanted to make deer jerky. I wasn’t sure about the cheaper price at first. I was really impressed by my first batches of jerky. It takes 4 hours for my jerky to be done. The pieces are done evenly. The batches have all been perfect for me. This is a good dehydrator for someone just starting out with dehydrating.
