Duel basket is the way to go unless you are frying fish then you don\’t want to have duel basket definitely don\’t want French fries tasting like fish suggestion to Presto company they need to make a dual tank accessory with separate containers or some type of decider so you can do fish and chips at the same time without the oil mixing
this Presto fryer is light weight and condensed making this deep fryer a good choice for individuals with small kitchens or who have limited countertop space the stainless steel exterior gives this deep fryer a beautiful appearance the basket handle is a black plastic which is an additional safety feature that also contributes to the overall durability of the fryer

this fryer heats up very quickly and the lid is great so you can reuse the oil if not tainted by food

It takes 20 minutes to heat the oil before you can put the baskets. You have to plan your meals in advance. The temperature needed to fry the chicken is reached by this product. I think it’s too long to fry anything. I cook chicken on the stove. I have too much space in my kitchen for this product. I should keep the cover on if I want my chicken to be fried. I left the cover off because I likecrispy. Huge mistake! After seven minutes of using this product, my apartment was very smoky. The unit was not smoky because of a spark or a technical malfunction. The smoke came from the degree in temperature. I would advise any new consumer to turn the dial down a few degrees if the required temperature is 375 degrees. I had to open the windows. I was afraid that my smoke detector would cause a small fire because it didn’t detect smoke. There’s fire when there’s smoke. This product shouldn’t be used in a small environment. If you are going to use this product, make sure you have extra air in your lungs. Don’t leave this product unattended. It takes 18 minutes to cook chicken. It’s not a bad product, but it’s not a good fit for my household.

I love deep fryers. I’ve owned a fryer before. It was a single basket. If you don’t have a lot of food to fry, you can use just one basket, because this fryer has a dual basket so I can get twice the food done faster. I like how fast it cooks the food and it always tastes great. It’s all black, it’s large, and a lot of oil will go into it, however if you have a big family or fry a lot of food then the oil doesn’t go to waste. The booklet of instructions on how to cook certain good is very helpful. I said before that it cooks food fast, and food comes out crisp, not soggy, compared to trying to fry food on a pan. I am very happy that I got this from sparks reviewer, now I can enjoy delicious fries and they are ready in minutes. This fryer is awesome!
