A easy way to fix a speedy lunch or dinner. We found we can fix a meal in a time equal to just fixing a salad, and less time than many other dishes. No problems, so far. We are enjoying the stir fry meals.

The dial heat control on the Presto Wok makes it very easy to maintain a constant temperature. Cleanup is very easy. The Teriyaki Sauce that you thought was in the bottom was wiped out without any effort. It is attractive because of the mirror finish. I would give this as a gift if I had bought it for myself. A good value item.

I have always been a fan of the steel. This one works well. The large size is nice. Food cooks quickly and evenly. If you don’t turn the heat up too high, you shouldn’t have a problem with food burning. Food needs to be stirred when you leave a wok. The only meat I’ve cooked in it is chicken, it wants to stick a little, but it’s easy to clean up.

I like my new wok. Although I have my own wok recipes, I can’t wait to try the ones that came with the wok. I bought it to replace a very old, very 70s looking orange wok that I’ve had for years. The new one has a beautiful finish. This will stay on the counter-top because I don’t have enough cabinet space in my kitchen. It stays hot and safe to use in the dishwasher. Love it.
