I received a coffee maker for free through a review program. I have never owned a coffee-maker that uses K-Cup packs, but I have always wanted to try them, so I was excited to get this. I need a small coffee-maker for my travel trailer when I go camping, so this is perfect. I don’t drink coffee, but I enjoy a cup of tea or hot chocolate. I need to add more water halfway through the brew to get a “normal” cup of tea, because it only holds 10 ounces. That isn’t a major issue. The time it takes to brew a pot of coffee is about 4 minutes. The coffee maker has a small basket to hold your own coffee, instead of using the K-cup packs. When you don’t have a K-cup pack, this is a great added feature. I have only had the coffee maker for a short time, but I love it for its convenience and space saving convenience. I can’t wait to go camping.

The machine makes a good cup of coffee, but that’s all that matters. This machine will give you the same great taste if you have tasted k-cup coffee before. It’s easy to operate and has no bells or whistles. We didn’t like the fact that the water well only holds one cup of water, and whatever amount you put in, will come out. You have to choose the mug/cup you’ll be drinking from, pour the water in the cup, however full you want it, and then pour the water into the reservoir. When the coffee came out, it overflowed, and we made a huge mess. It takes a long time for the coffee to be made. If someone else wants a cup, you’ll have to wait a few minutes before adding the new water, and then wait again for the coffee to come out. We had water everywhere, and our reservoir was cracked. If you don’t want to spend the money for the popular coffee maker, or want a backup in case yours goes kaput, I would check out some more models. If you don’t mind waiting for a cup, or two, and don’t mind the long wait for your coffee, then this may suffice. I don’t recommend this coffee maker, as my husband doesn’t like it at all, but I try to be diplomatic.

The coffee maker couldn’t use the coffee Pods effectively. The coffee was okay, but the first cup made a mess on the counter. The product I used for the second cut was a KCup. There was a big mess on the counter after the water came out. I returned the product to the store because I was not happy with it.
