It is a good size for at least 2 cups of coffee. It takes around 3 minutes to boil. The cover is sealed and the spout is small enough for water to flow easily. If you want to set it up over a stove to keep the hot vapor away from kitchen cabinets, you need to plug it in close to the electric outlet because Downside has a very short wire.
