I bought a kettle a month ago. It’s working well so far. It was a nice size. The spout does not splash to the sides. It’s loud because it’s stainless steel. That doesn’t bother me. The outside gets very hot, so only use the handle. The cord is not long. The kettle can be shut off when it starts to boil. The instructions suggest keeping the water level above the lowest amount shown at the bottom. If you don’t add more water, the bottom of the kettle might burn out if you dump all the water in. Nice looking kettle.
