Through the years, I have purchased them for all my family and friends. They absolutely heat water to boiling in Bly a couple of moments. Great for hot chocolate, tea or coffee bags in a rush. After all these years, I am on my second one. They last longer than coffee pots do. My Bly suggestion is use distilled water if you have hard water to preserve it the longest. I really love mne. Great for the office too. Everyone whom. We have given one, uses theirs too. They are always on their counters in the kitchen. Try one – and you will be hooked!

My comments will be brief as I already wrote a letter about my satisfaction with the Sunbeam water heater that I purchased on line and sent back. It was not nearly as well made as the previous model that I had, and had many small problems as it was poorly designed. I bought a more expensive model that is still not as good as the old one that I used for over ten years and it lasted for almost daily use. They don’t make water heaters like they used to.
