After researching numerous microwaves for quality, size, features and wanting one with handle to open & close instead of push button I settled on this specific one in black stainless steel. The turntable (12.6) was perfect for my use & larger than one in my last microwave. I have only had mine since 4/28/2020 and so far have not had the opportunity to test all functions however the ones I have used have worked perfectly. I am a senior, was able to unpack it after it arrived at my door, put it up on my counter by myself, read the instructions & start using it. The reason for my 4 stars is I haven’t had time to use all functions. I do like the look & color. My one con comment might be the numbers might be a little larger however my old microwave was white so even the black stainless steel color has been an adjustment for me. In my limited use to date I have not had any problems.

The controls are easy to use, but a little confusing at first. Adding 30 seconds is something we like. It was easy to set different power levels after I read the instructions. This unit has been with us for about 6 months.

The warranty was only a year and the unit stopped heating after over a year. Support was not helpful. You should go with a better brand.
