I ordered and paid for black machine but got white instead and it took about 3 hours for a 4 lb chicken to cook. There is no heat settings on this just a timer that maxes out at 120 minutes. I do not like it and do not recommend! I used it and again it took hours and after 2 hours the chicken still was not cooked inside. It says 20-30 mins for each lb. It was inaccurate because after 2 hrs it still did not work.
