   I bought this a month ago and I\’m so impressed with my bread making. My family loves it too!! The recipes are simple to make and my house smells so good!

   I was excited to use the bread machine to make loaves similar to store bought bread, but it didn’t work out that way. The dough doesn’t fill the pan when you follow the recipes exactly. The shape of the bread is terrible.

   I absolutely adore this bread machine. The large bread pan has two panels and I love it. I was disappointed when my first bread machine arrived. The inside chamber was full of scratches and the entire metal frame of the machine looked like someone beat it with a hammer. The lid wouldn’t close all the way. There was a Quality Control sticker on the bottom of the machine, but it wasn’t inspected. I swapped the machine for a new one. The frame was intact, but the plastic lid was missing. It had stopped working. It was in the bottom of the box. I called the manufacturer because I was so angry. The phone lines were supposed to open at 8am, but I kept getting an automated message saying they were closed. I was able to get a live agent after an hour and a half. She told me that since I ordered the item from MySaveMall, I need to call them and ask them to be more careful in the warehouse. Really? I decided to try again. I was hoping that the third machine would be in good shape. I received a new bread machine that looked new. I can get on with enjoying my machine now that this is over.

   I bought this because I wanted a larger loaf for my family. My loaves come out like loaves in the bakery, thanks to the machine. I dropped a star because the label said the functions are coming away.

   I’ve been to 2 bread makers. Both broke after use. The bread was not bad. West Bend is unreliable.

   Before I broke it, I had a previous version that worked well. The current version seems to be an improvement over the earlier version that I purchased a month ago. It is easier to clean than it is to operate.
