As per other reviews the mixing blade does not really reach the bottom or sides of the bowl enough. I called customer support and they said there is no way to adjust so I just disconnect bowl from base and lift it up a quarter inch. Also since all the new bowls are tall and small diameter there is no way you can scrape the bowl while mixer is running. It’s a pain to stop and then scrape everytime. The old mixer bowls were shorter and larger diameter so you could add ingredients easily and scrape the bowl while running. I don’t know why all the brands of mixers went to this new type of bowl. What a mistake but now we all have no alternative. Other than that it works fine.
