It’s a really convenient way to cook. After the initial breaking in of the oven by letting the roaster oven heat up and burn off its original odors, you’ll want to let it cool down. The next step is to wash and dry all of the parts. I cooked a full roast and veggies around 11:30. m. And by 2 p.m. m. I was going to serve dinner. I kept the roast in the oven on the warm setting until it was time to serve, but it was easy to remove the roast with the wire rack. The attached plug is small for safety reasons, so an extension cord may be needed. The roast turned out perfect and the “aroma” filled the house. I look forward to cooking a turkey for Thanksgiving and the clean-up was easy. It would be a great gift. A good rating.
