There is a broken plastic around the bottom of the blender. I had to throw the food in the garbage because it crumbled when it cracked the rubber gasket. A bad blender and a lot of food. I’ve been a customer for yours and only will continue if things are corrected.

I have heard good things about the brand, so I bought this blender a few months ago. I noticed that the content was leaking when I went to pour it into a bowl. I didn’t spend money to create extra tasks because it was easy to clean up a mess. The blender will not spin after a few months. When I turn on the blender, the bottom spinner won’t connect to it and I have to sit there. I have to keep turning it on and off since I don’t have another one at the moment. I would invest in a higher quality blender and save you money.
