The lid broke the third time we used it. ny son had shards of hard plastic in his smoothie from the small ource of the easy pour lid which apparently had fallen in. Also sometimes the gears grind loudly and don\’t sound like theyre engaging. this has happened since the first time we used it. Now I have an expensive blender I can\’t use because the lid is broken. Very disappointing.

I mostly use the bottle that came with it. I make myself a lot of smoothie and it is very easy to use. When it goes into high, it is very loud and the whole unit turns clockwise unless I hold it down. The rubber nod on the blender was stripped the first time I did it.

I have never been a big fan of smoothie making, but after I received my Black + Decker QuietBlender withCyclone Glass Jar, everything changed! When I made my smoothie, it was very quiet as I blended it all together. It has three different settings, including a smoothie, shake, and icy drinks. You can stop it whenever you want. You can control the settings from 1 through 3. The 48 oz cup that came with it was a bonus. It’s easy to use on the go and never spills. I will keep my blender for the rest of my life. I like the fact that it is dishwasher safe. Throw it in and go! It made me change my mind about using a smoothie maker. I make one for my kids almost every night. They love their food. I would recommend it to everyone in my family. I love it!

The unit was in a box that had been opened and poorly packed. Even though the box had been repacked in a new outer box, it had cut marks and digs in it. The dirty rag wipe marks on the blender made it look like it had been used. It had been returned because it was very loud when I tested it.
