I have many uses for this. One being coffee or instant soup. The water is heated quickly. There are no short cords to worry about. Lift the pot and pour your drink or dish. The pots are on the stove. It is very easy to clean the store. It definitely cuts down on boiling time.

The Black and Decker collection has a rapid boil. The kettle is a great quality. It is very easy to use. The instructions were easy to understand. While hooking it up to the bottom, it took at least 10 minutes. When you click the switch, the light turns on as well. The filter can be detached and put back on. It’s easy to wash with soap and water. The blue light in the clear window tells you the power indicator is on and the water is boiling. If you want fast boil of water, I would recommend this kettle. Clicking on the top opens the lid. It is lightweight and can be moved counter to counter when not plugged into an outlet.
