The product works well. The copper flared fitting made it difficult to hook up to water. Pot said it requires good flow. It was connected to the Reverse Osmosis fitler system. Our unit produces 75 gal/day, 17 gallon tank, and we ran 1/2 inch PEX up to the coffe maker. The LEDs are too small. We seem to get more burnt pots. Our older model one is still running in different location, but it has worked fine since it was only three months. I will be happy if this one performs like that one. After the install, I adjusted the fill level for the pots.
