I thought it didn\’t fit when I tried it on my coffee maker. The flip top lid has different settings for different heights, and the insert in it is no longer. Excellent! The glass carafe is good quality, and with 2 different lid inserts, it\’s the perfect replacement for almost any coffee maker that uses this style.

My coffee maker’s 14 cup carafe was a great replacement for the universal replacement carafe. The lid inserts can be adjusted to the correct height for your coffee maker, as well as being easy to put in and take out. I adjusted mine to the highest setting. It replaces my 14 cup carafe with 12 cups, which I never needed. The Café Brew Collection carafe is very comfortable and easy to use, this is important to me because of carpal tunnel. The glass is beautiful and clear and it is made in Germany.

I needed a new glass carafe for my coffee maker, but I didn’t want to replace it because it works great. I have found a way to measure the water and ground coffee for my tastes. I got a glass carafe from the cafe brew collection. The thick plastic handle seems strong. The carafe is easy to fit onto the heat plate of my coffee maker. You can use the markings on the carafe to measure the amount of water you need to brew two cups, up to twelve cups. There are two plastic inserts in the center of the attached plastic carafe lid. One insert makes the carafe 5 1/2 inches tall and the other insert makes it 6 1/2 inches tall. You just choose the insert that works with your coffee maker, and you’re ready to use it. If you have an automatic coffee maker, I recommend the Cafe Brew 12 cup glass replacement carafe.
