   I asked people with a pressure cooker for advice. The difference is between steel and STAINLESS STEEL. Electric vs. aluminum. The stove top has a sturdy handle. This is the best price around and it has it all. The stove top was recommended for many reasons, including the fact that it will last a long time, the handle is sturdy, and that it is superior to aluminum. I have been using the pressure cooker nightly since I bought it to try different types of recipes. The food it cooks is tender, juicy, and delicious. It’s easy to clean up. I am very pleased with my purchase of this cooker.

   I’ve only used this pressure cooker once, but I’m very pleased with how the food turned out. I like the fact that it is made of steel. The instructions are easy to follow. Before using, just wash in soap and rinse, then add the food and water or other liquid. You won’t over fill the cooker if the fill line is marked inside. Put the lid on and slide the top pressure safety lock on it. The dial should be turned all the way to the right. Once your food is done cooking, turn your heat down to a medium setting. It was very easy to release the steam. Run cold water over the cooker or set it in the sink. The dial should be turned to the middle setting. Once the yellow pressure indicator has dropped, the lid can be taken off. I plan on using it a lot. I am very happy with my purchase. I would have given this cooker 5 stars, but the operating valve that tells whether you have it set to the pressure setting, steam release setting, or lid removal setting was a little confusing at first, because it is black and doesn’t have a mark pointing exactly at what you choose.
