It was purchased on Cyber Monday. It has a choice of how long it remains on before automatic shut-off, as well as the option of beans or preground coffee. Having to turn the grinder off first every time is one of the drawbacks. The grinder is very loud when it turns on. It is lounder than my nutrabullet. Every time this machine is used, the grinder cup collects a lot of water. Put the excessove condensation from the grinder cup out to dry. It is definitely a major con. We only freshly grind beans a couple times a month, so I would have chosen a machine without the grind option. If you want to make pots of fresh ground every day, you need to purchase this machine.

I replaced an older Cuisinart grind and brew with this one a month ago. The coffee produced by this coffeemaker is great. I don’t use the program feature so I can’t rate it, but I’m pretty sure it works. When I add cream to my coffee, it stays hot. This product is recommended by me. Counter space is important to me and I like the space saving sleek design.

I think it’s the worst coffee pot in the world. I don’t like this coffee pot because it’s too tall to fit under my cabinet, it grinds everything you put in the grind area, and you can’t store coffee in the grind area for later use. I have asked for a replacement, but they won’t because they have to clean the grind area every now and then. I wouldn’t want another one of these if they replaced it. Don’t buy this coffee machine. It’s not good to wake up and have to make coffee in a machine, that’s not how anyone wants to start their day.

This is the third time we have had it. The machine is great for fresh ground coffee. The basket mechanism is the only reason for this 4 stars. We have never gotten more than 2 from the tray and button. These machines have been out for a few years. As far as coffee goes, we preferred the old slide out basket tray. A great cup of coffee is what it is.

The machine needs better instructions on how to control the strength of the brew. The handle of the carafe is flimsy and I’m worried it’s going to break. I don’t have anything negative to say.

The coffeemaker was a gift. It gives us a quick start in the morning. We haven’t had an automatic coffee maker in a while. The last one we had was a Cuisinart and it lasted forever. It was also a gift. I start the coffee. I have never cleaned it after use. I have to clean it in the morning. Morning cleaning must be dry to use. Coffee is usually saved in the thermos so I can have it for an hour or two. I want to perk up and clean the coffeemaker each evening so I don’t have to do anything else. It’s also reprogrammable. I haven’t used that feature yet. I would like to thank Cuisinart for another great product. We have a coffee grinder and food processor.

We love this coffee maker. We have had 3 of them. The first was a test and the second a replacement. The second should have lasted longer. It didn’t stop us from buying the 3rd. The third time we did warranty, we learned our lesson.

After the first one slowed down, we bought the exact model again. It is a hot cup of coffee and we like the smell of fresh ground coffee. If you want fresh ground hot coffee, you don’t have to rinse and clean the grinder, basket and carafe after every use. We still recommend it!

It is very difficult to clean. The grinder is very loud. After a few months of using, cup fill marks on the side of the pot are nearly impossible to read. It’s not easy to program.
