The older model was a little bulkier and the hot water side broke after about 5 years of use. So, this was a great, sleek upgrade that gave us just that little bit more of counter space, but with the same great features we needed. I personally love how you can take out the little tray that goes below the hot water spout. That helps clear up a lot of space.
Anyway, hope this model lasts with all the use it\’s getting since we use it mostly to warm our baby\’s bottles.

The coffee pot is cool. There is hot water on the side. It’s so easy. It uses filters to purify the water. It works perfectly on my counter space. The hot water side can be used to make capachinos or hot cocoa for the kids. That is cool. The gadget is definitely saving time. It’s easy to use. Instructions were easy to understand. I’m okay with the fact that the filters are slightly cheaper. I like the look of this coffee maker. It was very simple and sleek. A great product!

The opening to pour water has a small handle on the right side. It’s a little awkward if you hold the pot with your right hand. It would be easier to fill if it was on both sides and on the left side.

Absolutely fantastic. A great cup of coffee. A bowl of ramen or a cup of tea can be made with the hot water tap. I like the idea of the auto start brew because I have to wake up early in the mornings and need to fill my thermos. On rare occasions when I want a cup of hot cocoa, I like to use the hot water tap.

I love the hot water system from Cuisinart. This is the perfect place for me because I am an avid coffee and tea drinker. It’s great because there is a separate area for coffee and hot water. I’m not using both of them at the same time. I know that my coffee and tea is going to taste better, but the machine itself is going to last longer with the filters in place. If you prefer, you can use a cone filter, which comes with the coffeemaker, or you can use a copper coffee filter. The settings and preset are easy to use. There is a setting for controlling the temperature. The way I like it, my coffee came out perfect. It’s easy to make a cup of tea. I felt like I was in a cafe. I didn’t know what I was missing.
