The coffee association requires coffee to be heated to 195 to 205 degrees in order for it to be the best cup of coffee.

I bought a coffee maker a month ago and have been happy with it. It took me awhile to figure out how to maintain heat on the warmer because the instructions for keeping the coffee hot were not clear. The coffee is good.

I’m very pleased with my coffee maker, it’s only been about a month. The coffee tastes great and I’m using a metal strainer instead of paper filters. Hopefully it will last for a while.

I used the automatic turn-on feature on the coffee maker to make my first cup of coffee. I missed having a fresh brew made for me when I woke up after buying an espresso machine a few months earlier. I owned a similar machine with a thermal carafe a few years ago and was very happy with the quality of coffee but found the coffee temperature to cool to quickly and the pour to dribble a bit. The hot plate time can be set to keep the coffee warm for 90 minutes, similar to my predecessor-maker. Getting the controls set up correctly for auto turn-on time is something the instruction booklet can help with. The carafe does not dribble and is marked for 8 small cups of coffee, but I find that after about 3 cups that the carafe is close to empty, but this is not a problem and more about my coffee cup size. Coffee quality is very satisfying and I am happy with this purchase.

I have not been disappointed since I bought this coffee maker. The settings are easy to understand. I grind coffee beans but also use grocery store ground coffee. It’s still good, but it’s best with just ground.

It’s the best coffee maker I’ve ever owned, it makes the coffee as hot as you want, and it even improves the flavor of the coffee.

Excellent coffee maker! Coffee is delicious and I like my coffee to be extra hot and the brew strength setting as well. I am very hopeful that it will last a long time.

Before I found this one, I had bought and returned 3 others. The only reason I didn’t purchase this one first was because I was looking for a low profile machine to save counter space. They didn’t make the coffee hot enough and it was bitter. This machine is worth every penny and inch of my counter space. It has everything you could want in a coffee pot. The smaller 8 cup capacity may be an issue when making coffee for more than 4 people, but it brews so fast that no one will have to wait long for their coffee. I highly recommend this coffee maker to anyone looking for a top quality, attractive, easy to use coffee maker. The pour over style drip system makes a smooth cup of coffee. Since this machine can make a 4 cup pot in about the same amount of time, I don’t miss my single serve brewer. Cuisinart does not disappoint again. I own many Cuisinart appliances and in my opinion, they are the best quality items in my kitchen and have never let me down.

We like a good cup of coffee. We are usually stuck with coffee when traveling. We spent five days at an air bng with the Pour-Over Brewer. We were very happy to have good coffee each morning. We had to buy one when we came home. When there is a group of coffee drinkers, pour-over coffee is challenging. The problem is taken care of by the brewery. We are very pleased with our selection.

The coffee maker shuts off after 2 hours. It should stay on longer as my husband sets it for 5:30 am and I get up around 8:30.
