We cannot say enough good things about this waffle maker. It is easy to use, easy to clean and the we are using the Wayfair Belgian waffle mix and the waffles are fluffy and delicious. We use the lighter setting for softer waffles and have cut the recipe in half to serve two people. We have not tried the pancake maker feature yet.

I love this waffle maker!! It makes perfect golden waffles every time. The timer is the best. I\’ve also made little breakfast sandwiches with the other set of plates. I just toast an english muffin, cook the eggs and Canadian bacon on the waffle maker and Viola the perfect little sandwich.
I also love how the plates come out for easy cleaning.

A little slower to heat, but not much of a problem. After I turn it on, I need to start on the batter. I will be using it a lot because it made nice waffles. I don\’t make pancakes a lot, but I\’m sure they will be good.

Left off inserts for waffle iron’s rear feet. The problem of no inserts for the rear feet is not fixed by C/S.

I am very happy to say that this product does what the manufacturer says it will do. From setting 2 all the way to 6 I’ve cooked with this. I love the crispiness that level 6 brings, but if I make a triple batches of waffles, I cook them at 2 to make toast. It’s simply perfect. I was able to cook sausage on the pancake plate. The patties were cooked perfectly using the guide provided with the unit. Thanks to Cuisinart, a well constructed product.

This is the only waffle maker I have had that serves both waffles and pancakes. The waffles are very good. It’s much better than previous waffle irons. Cusinart makes great kitchen products.

There are multiple plates for pancake and waffle. The option of temperature as well.

I had the same waffle maker for 13 years and refused to part with it until my wife bought me a Belgian waffle maker and I retired my old one. Thank you.

I love this waffle maker. When the waffles are done, it dings. I get perfect waffles when I find the right setting.

It makes great waffles, I don’t use oil with the grill, and they never stick. I didn’t like pancakes that I tried to make. I use the same mix that I used for waffles, and they came out dry. The same temperature was used for waffles and pancakes. I don’t think the pancakes are thick enough. Eggs came out burned when I tried to fry them. The main reason I wanted a waffle maker was to make waffles, and I am very happy with how they came out. The tong, instruction and recipe booklet came with everything else.

We found it easy to make waffles in the hotel breakfast bars. It’s very easy. They are delicious. When they’re ready, the Cuisinart tells us. They lifted out like a dream. It is easy to clean up. If you don’t feel confident in the kitchen, try this machine. You will love it! You will save money buying waffles from restaurants.

We recently purchased a waffle/pancake maker and so far we are very pleased with the results. I used Consumers Reports to see what was available in the market and this particular product received the highest review. The waffles are cooked perfectly. The lights and sounds let one know when waffles are ready to eat. The fact that the cooking plates can be removed and cleaned is a convenience factor. Our kids love the waffles and we are very happy with the results so far.

I like to make waffles. I think it’s cheap. Plates are not balanced. It does the job like a typical waffle iron, but it doesn’t rise as much as I’ve seen or expected of a Belgian waffle maker. I didn’t regret buying.

I wouldn’t consider this a Belgian waffle maker because it’s the same size as a standard waffle.
UpNorth (verified owner) –
A good waffle maker. When waffles are ready, it sucks when it is ready and sucks again when it is ready. Have not tried pancake inserts. The plates are easy to clean.
Sheila Vigue (verified owner) –
The waffle maker that we replaced only made two waffles at a time. We can make twice as many waffles at once and they are not with rounded edges. Cooks quickly and lets you know when it’s done. Excellent for any family.

The waffle iron is okay. It was purchased as a replacement for a brand that had been with us for over a decade. The waffles that the Cuisinart makes are not nearly as thick or fluffy. They turned out alright, but not great. I would return it if I had the choice.
