Instructions are not correct. It’s not an option to choose the crust color according to the French bread recipe. The recipe is locked in and cannot be changed. There are some errors in the recipe booklet.

The bread maker is easy to use and has a window in the top to see the progress of the bread. The “tiny” arrow that shows how bread is made could be improved. It pointed to the bake stage when I used it 3 times. To really see it, I need a magnifying glass. It would be better if each stage had a color that would light up, just a thought, otherwise it is fun to use and I am enjoying trying different and new recipes.
