I bought this because I love baking. Unless you’re making something so small you could do it with a fork, this thing is garbage. Unless you’re beating eggs for an omelette, pass this piece of trash up. It did not work on cookie dough, bread, dinner rolls, and pasta dough.

The mixer was bought to make baked goods. The cookie dough was mixed fairly well. My cupcake dough was mixed well too. When it came time to make the frosting, it was a no go. It wouldn’t mix well and the beaters were stripped out almost instantly. It would have been possible to make a powdered sugar frosting with bread hooks. I was disappointed but I think you get what you pay for. If you are mixing egg whites, cake batter, or mashed potatoes it would be fine. Don’t mix anything that has the least resistance. Even on high!

This is the worst thing I have ever tried, all made out of plastic, and even the ‘chrome’ parts are painted plastic, so it’s a waste of my time to try to use it. Take it out of your inventory. The price should have been my clue.

I bought this to see if I would like a stand mixer. I wrote a review that was 5 stars. I’m going to buy a new mixer. The beaters locked up when they started hitting each other while making cookie dough. I thought they were bent, but they have already burned up the gears. The motor is good, but the gears are not? The beaters are stripped. It goes in the garbage. I only used 6-7 times, but I did get 4 months use out of it. I want a quality stand mixer. This style of mixer is what I need. I like the bowl and don’t want it to be a total loss.

The mixer is small but cute to look at. I used it to make cake batter and ended up mixing it with my hand mixer after taking the bowl. The bowl did not turn anymore after it turned at first. I’ve only used it once. I didn’t expect this mixer to be a big professional type such as a kitchen aide stand mixer, however I was hoping it would work as it said it would! It may not be as convenient as a stand mixer, but I will stick with my kitchen aide hand mixer. The mixer is useless on my counter.
