I really do not like the glass kettle; however it does heat up the water fast. I find it to be on the dangerous side because when it boils it makes a lot of stem. I also have hard water, which I didn\’t think about when I ordered it. I have to do a lot of cleaning with vinegar and water and to me the pot is more trouble than it\’s worth. I would like to return it, but due to the virus, I don\’t want to go in a MySaveMall store to return it. I\’m a senior and do not want to be exposed to the virus.

I thought it was broken as it wouldn’t automatically shut off once it reached the boil. I realized it was an error because the lid must be closed for this work. It works well if that’s the case.

I bought this Kettle today and kept it to boil, as soon as I got it, I added water to it. Since I was really excited for this product, I was glad that I watched the water boil as soon as it started boiling. I took the kettle out of the base and unplugged the power supply because the kettle was cracking and leaking boiling water all over. I returned it to the store the same day. They will blame you for breaking it if you buy a 5 year warranty. I can tell you that if I wouldn’t have cracked in front of my eyes, I would have blamed another family member for breaking it because you don’t expect a water boiling kettle to crack.
