It’s great for making hot tea. I turned on the water. The water is already to pour when I fix my tea cup with a tea bag and honey. I think it is quicker than the microwave. The product is very nice.

The pot is small and doesn’t heat the water well. You have to put very hot tab water in it to get hot water. It’s hard to clean inside because the opening is small. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

It works well. My daughter gifted me a kettle that was more expensive. If you have hard water, use bottled water. The regular bottle is working for me and one 16. It’s perfect for the minimum amount. It’s not damaging the kettle. The other broke in less than a year.
