I needed a hand mixer in my kitchen. This comes with the soft beaters, dough hooks, and a whisk. The storage case has a snap-on mechanism. I don’t have to look through my silverware drawer anymore because I have it all in one place. You can change the speeds by turning the wheel on the top of the mixer. You can see what speed you have it set at on the digital screen. The quick-release Trigger is located under the handle. The cord is locked for left or right-handed use. This is a nice professional look thanks to the metallic silver and chrome finish. This has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it.

I like the hand held mixer from Hamilton Beach. I have had a Hamilton Beach hand held mixer for years and it is a modern version. The new one had coated beaters. I used the beaters to make mashed potatoes that were easy to clean. I doubt I will use the dough hooks, but you never know. It came with a whisk that is my favorite. I used it to make a dessert. The button on top was useful. When I needed more mixing energy, it worked well. My older model has a new beater release lever. I had a tendency to pull the beater release lever at the same time when I pressed the burst button, so I had to be careful. The plastic case is convenient for keeping all of the pieces together, but I have found it difficult to assemble and disassemble as my hands are not strong. It will loosen up with time. This was a test and review product. It is easy to adjust the speed control feature. It’s slow enough to avoid flour clouds. The unit was able to mix heavier batter and biscuit dough. That clanging that metal beaters deliver is eliminated by the soft scrape beaters. The mixer is well balanced, which helps reduce fatigue, and it fits in your hand. I would recommend this mixer to anyone looking for a hand mixer that gets the job done.

I received a hand mixer from Hamilton Beach. Soft Scrape beaters, Whisk, and Dough hooks are included in the product. The hand mixer can change speeds. The motor is powerful enough to whip cream and mix cake batter. The slow starting speed reduces splatters and the QuickBurst button for extra power is a great feature. The storage case is convenient. Nice design and color. I’m very impressed with this product. Highly recommended!

This is very powerful for a mixer. It works like a stand one, but is a little heavier than other hand mixers. It has a Silicone coating on the beaters. The batter doesn’t stick that way, and the beaters don’t scratch the sides of my bowl like metal does. It works well and is mostly quiet. I like the idea of it sitting with the beaters. I made banana bread, a cake, and cookie dough. It worked well with everyone. I like this mixer. The quality is excellent.
