Even though I purchased this hand blender specifically to make mayonnaise (which the whisk does beautifully) I am finding little by little it is becoming useful in many other tasks in my busy kitchen due to the variety of attachments. The case is nice since I do not seem to find a spare inch in my cabinets and drawers for another tool. I find the power sufficient but I have never owned a stick blender before so do not have anything to compare it to. The only attachment I have not tried yet is the chopper but assume I will be pleased with that also based on other reviews I have read. My only complaint is that the numbers on the speed dial are extremely difficult to read.

My husband gave this to me for Christmas because I always thought they were cool. It sat on top of my fridge for a long time. I didn’t take the time to unpack it, wash it up or learn how to use it because I was always in a hurry. I have it all cleaned up and ready to go. It’s convenient to have this around. I don’t need a food processor as much as my hand mixer. This tool does a lot of what I need. I love it!

I thought this may have been too much for what I needed. I’m happy I didn’t settle on a lesser model after using it several times. Despite its power, it feels great in the hand and I would feel comfortable holding it for an extended amount of time. The attachments work great and are top quality. I used to think the features were overkill, but now I’m surprised at how often I use them. The plastic pot saver is a nice touch to keep me from scratching my cookware and the case is awesome.
