I\’ve been enjoying this hand mixer! Look, it\’s not going to be as sturdy or powerful as a stand mixer – but it\’s not supposed to be. What\’s great about this machine is the portability, quick setup/clean, and the versatility. I gave it 4 stars because at times it couldn\’t quite get through the batter or cookie dough I was trying to mix, but for the size and ease of use, I think this is great value!

The dough comes out flawless because it is so fast. I know I will be using this for a long time. It’s easy to use and doesn’t take up a lot of space. It’s even easier to clean. The beaters can go in the dishwasher after you pop them out, but I just wash them by hand. I am happy that my cookies will bake more evenly and it will save me time since I will be using this to make cookies all the time. Do it if you’re thinking about buying this. What are you waiting for? You will be very happy you did.
