I have been using my kettle everyday since I bought it in February of 2015. It is used for coffee in the morning and tea at night. The feature to lock the temperature for a short time allows you to set your water and then walk away. The top button needs a little more firm press to open the lid. The only thing I would change about the beeping is that there is no way to turn it off or down. I love this kettle. I’ve never replaced the filter, but I’ve started it to have an effect on the taste of the water. It would be better if the replacement filter could be found in stores or online.
