This works great. The cut is perfect. It can cut thick if you want to. It can do that if you want it. I used to thin out to make chips. The thick one was perfect. The instructions for this product were very little. I was able to figure it out.

I’ve had the spiralizer attachment for a few years and use it a lot, but when it comes to making Veggie Lasagna, I was stuck making a difficult slice with a sharp nice, which resulted in “noodles that were too thick” It gets jammed up and creates messy noodles. This attachment is very easy to use and makes perfect noodles. Like the spiralizer, you need to choose your vegetables carefully, the straighter the vegetable, the better this is for you. If you don’t get the vegetable centered when you load it, you will waste a lot of it. It worked well for store bought summer squash, but some of the more irregular farmers market squash would not fare well. If you want to make a big wide noodle with fat sweet potatoes, you need to buy skinnier ones, but so far they are my favorite to make. This would be a great way to prepare things for the dehydrator. I think it’s the best way to get a sheet of veggies, it’s very user friendly. I was happy to have a reason to love my kitchenaid.

This attachment is amazing. We’ve used it for vegetables. The style of my cooking has been changed by the sheet cutter. I’m going to make veggie wraps and veggie lasagna. It’s easy to set up, quick to use, and easy to clean.

I asked for this item for Christmas, but wasn’t sure if I would use it all. I put peanut butter in apple sheets and rolled them up. A great snack. Make more recipes. The blades are sharp.

It was thinly sliced vegetables. I can make pretty roses out of cucumbers and peppers. It is easier to roll up when I make spring rolls. It is thin enough to fit in a sandwich. It’s perfect for my standup mixer. It’s easy to attach and clean up.

I’ve been using the vegetable sheet cutter to make some wonderful recipes. We’ve enjoyed healthy versions of non noodle lasagna, using either butternut squash or Zuccihi in place of the pasta. I used the attachment to cut sheets of potatoes for a delicious baked potato recipe and apples for a dessert.

I have been cutting items. Anything that looks like it might slice well is in my produce department. I have to say that everything I’ve tried has worked out well. A yard-long slice can be created by a single potato. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the vegetable holder could be more sturdy. I haven’t heard back from Kitchen -Aid about a replacement part after a couple of the prongs snapped off. I can still do most things.
