Product is overall good as not all coffee makers have timers. However does not have a warming feature and because the pot is silver you can not see how much coffee is left in the pot. Had coffee pot shipped as it was out of stock in the stores and it came sooner than estimated delivery.

The first thing when buying a coffee maker is to check the brewing temperature with a meat thermometer. This one brews at 170, much higher than machines costing twice as much, i.e., DeLonghi. This is a GREAT machine for the money. Brews hot and stays hot w/out burning the coffee on a warming plate for four hours.

This is an OK coffe maker. We bought this one about 4-5 years ago. It seemed that after the first couple of days the timer started having problems. The alarms that let us know the coffee was finished brewing was always late. Not by a little either. Towards the end the finished brewing alarm sounded about 5 min before the 2 hour alarm when the maker shut itself off. Finally for the price I would hope that it lasted longer then 5 years. The timer completely quit working and we had t buy a new coffee maker last week.

The coffee wouldn\’t run out when the carafe wasn\’t in the coffeemaker because the clock function didn\’t work. I wrote to Mr because it\’s suppose to stop the flow of coffee. They sent me a new coffee. I didn\’t have the recept to return it, so I was happy. The plastic piece doesn\’t work again a few months later. Coffee gets everywhere because the plastic expands and doesn\’t fit like it\’s suppose to, and it also started leaking from the bottom of the coffeemaker. I will not buy him. Coffee again.

My experience with the coffee maker has been bad. Mr. Coffee has been making coffee makers for a long time. They could make sure that the coffee is hot. I shouldn’t have to nuke my coffee right away. This will be replaced by me.

The coffee has a great taste. The coffee stays hotter than I thought it would, because it is easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone. It has a timer that will let you know when it’s done. I like it.

My boyfriend bought this for me. I drink a lot of coffee and the machine was on all the time. The automatic shut off feature tells you how old the coffee is. I like the filters. They are easy to clean. There is no need for paper filters. I got a new one a day after it broke.

The coffee does not stay hot. The thermos doesn’t retain the heat and there is no heating element under the pot. If I have to take the coffee out of the thermos and put it in the microwave, what’s the point? The design failed because the idea was good.

If you add hot water to the coffee before you brew it, it will keep it hot, but it won’t make it hot. One of the things I liked about it was the ability to pre-program it to come on automatically. If I have to go through the hassle of heating the carafe before it gets turned on, would it be worth it? If you want hot coffee, I don’t recommend it. It takes up a bit of room. I returned it.

Two full days of searching for ratings on the computer. Going back and forth trying to decide which appliance to get. I decided on Mr Coffee. I have had expensive coffee makers, but the last one I used was very similar to this one, and it was great. I am very happy that I bought this one. If you’re looking for a coffee maker that will give you great tasting coffee and won’t ruin it, this is the one for you. It is affordable, has a clock, you can see the amount of water you are pouring in from the side view, it filters your water, and it has a shower head water release, which is a star key in making your coffee taste great. The model on your counter is very attractive and doesn’t take up a lot of room. It has a self clean mode, you can make your coffee stronger with the push of a button, it is easy to operate, and self off in two hours. Your coffee tastes great and it’s hot. You will be happy with the choice.

This is the second 10-cup Mr. The first coffee steel thermal carafe unit I owned lasted 3-4 years before I stopped making hot coffee. I like the new one because it had a good price, which was almost $25 less than my old one on the local Wal-Mard shelf. The protuding window allows me to see how many cups of water I’ve poured in whereas on my old model I would have to use a flashlight to see the water level.

I bought this over 6 months ago, but will purchase something different next time. Carafe is difficult to clean and filling the water resevoir is sloppy. D. The clock and s are hard to read. Since the coffee maker is not cheap, you may want to look for something more user-friendly.
