The kettle is light enough to fill to the top and is streamlined to not take up a lot of space. There is blue lighting that shows the temp, you can choose your temp level by what you are heating the water for, which takes the guess work out of it. That way is very unique. If you have guests around, the kettle can hold up to 7 cups of water. It takes 90 seconds for a cup of water to come to a boil and will keep it at a temperature for half an hour.
