After 4 months of normal use, the large burner stopped working and the small burner took forever to bring water to boil. I contacted Ovente customer service and they will not replace the unit until they receive and inspect the broken one. It takes them a long time to process and ship a new cooktop, so I’m stuck without one. I’m not happy with this product.
