I have used this griddle to cook bacon, eggs and pancakes. It is not a stick. The tray that catches the grease doesn’t sit securely underneath and it’s easy for it to fall out. I am very happy with it.

So far, so good! I didn’t think I would like this surface, but I have changed my mind. I’ve never seen anything like it before, no butter or oil is needed and it wipes off with a paper towel. I bought this for pancakes so I can’t comment on things like grilled cheese, which I think needs butter to be cooked right.

It still works great! There isn’t a lot of cracks for food to get stuck in the clean up, I use a paper towel. I leave it on my counter because the handles are easy to take off. I would recommend this product.
