The griddle was received a couple weeks ago. It\’s great except for two things. grease runs away when the handles slide. They can move when you don\’t want them to. This is the size of a 3rd. It would have been nice to have a heating element. I wouldn\’t mind paying more for this. The griddle is great and I gave it 5 stars for everything.

The tilt and drain tray are great for cooking bacon because of the large surface area.

The top is large. A family of 8 makes it easy to cook meals. It’s easy to clean and drain oil. When cooking two packs of bacon, be sure to drain the drips from the pan because it fills up fast. It makes a mess.

Doesn’t cook evenly! I am shocked that this has so many reviews. The heating element is too small for the size of the griddle. The dead center and corner next to the probe are some of the parts that barely cook. You can see the heating element in comparison to the size of the griddle in the picture. The element should be distributed evenly throughout the griddle. The design was poor for the price. This needs to be returned asap. Do not waste your time with this product.
