I opened the box and was hit with the very stong odor of plastic. I took the unit out of the box opened the top of the unit and it stunk of the odor of plastic. Since I don\’t want to boil water in something that stinks of plastic I tossed it in the garbage. When I ordered it I thought it was plastic on the outside and stainless steel on the inside.
